Why Rush Pike?

Founding Success: The Legacy of Pi Kappa Alpha

Pi Kappa Alpha is the preeminent Fraternity in North America. For nearly 140 years Pike has been committed to developing men of integrity, intellect and high moral character. With a presence at over 200 universities and nearly 13,000 active undergraduate brothers, the average size of a Pike chapter is 62 men, which is the largest of any fraternity. Pike chapters across the country are the biggest and best on their campus!

Fraternity membership is a lifelong experience and the benefits continue well beyond graduation. Over 225,000 men have been initiated into Pi Kappa Alpha since the Fraternity’s founding and our brotherhood grows daily. Pike’s alumni ranks include political leaders, prominent businessmen, CEOs, professional athletes, world renowned scholars and famous entertainers. This elite brotherhood provides a network of opportunities to all members, and is but one benefit of membership.

Perhaps the best opportunity that Pi Kappa Alpha provides is the ability to cultivate a socially superior man. Pi Kappa Alpha challenges its members to be the pillars of integrity and beacons of insight on their college campuses and within their communities.

By being members of the Greek community, Pikes experience what it means to be involved and responsible individuals who promote community services, active campus involvement, and high standards of academic achievement.

BOTTOM LINE: Pi Kappa Alpha enhances the collegiate experience while providing a lifetime of opportunity and reward. Its legacy demands nothing less than excellence.

The Challenge of a Lifetime

Pi Kappa Alpha consists of Scholars, Leaders, Athletes and Gentlemen. If you exemplify one or several of these ideals, you could be just the type of person that Pi Kappa Alpha is looking for.

Pi Kappa Alpha is continuously working hard to find men who want to be champions, men who are dedicated to a common vision. Perhaps you are looking for ways to enhance your college experience. Perhaps you are looking for ways to get involved. Only you can judge what you want out of a fraternity. You'll find out here what Pi Kappa Alpha has to offer, and what Pike membership expects. You'll know the facts.

And now its time to make a decision...

Just remember that too many people complete their college career with regrets. At this moment, you have an opportunity to join an organization that will impact and influence your campus community, professional career, and leadership ability. Are you ready for that challenge, or will you look back at your college career wondering, "what if"?

What if you became part of a legacy of success?
